What would you create if you didn’t care about being perfect?
We are all creators, and we all have the potential to create not only whatever art is inside us, but also our own lives.
Perfectionism, procrastination, and imposter syndrome are just covers for the things that block our inherent creativity.
Playfectionism:
the practice of overcoming perfectionism through creative play
Hi, I’m Nivi. I’ve been writing and performing my whole life. I’ve spent 10+ years teaching creativity. I’ve also released original music, self-published an anthology of poetry, essays, fiction, and visual art, produced multiple variety shows, and performed in a variety of shows, including off-Broadway and PUNKBLACK Fest New Orleans – so I understand the challenges creatives face across disciplines.
I created Playfectionist Coaching to empower people to access their creativity from a place of joy, compassion, and unconditional self-love. Using the research I did while studying Education and Ethnic Studies at Columbia University and Educational Theatre at NYU, I’ve designed a unique, well-researched, and culturally responsive approach to coaching.
